We offer excellent training, and what better way for you to find this out than to get access to 1 weeks worth of training – for FREE !
The first week for all three courses is provided in full, so that you can get a feel for the pace and structure of our training. The process is that you should watch each of the individual videos that incorporate the technical elements of each session. Practise them on your own or with a friend, and once you feel comfortable with them and have a good understanding of what is expected, then take the 90 minute instructor led session.
The instructor led session is a full 90 minute session incorporating a warm up, fitness & strength training, technical training, warm down and stretching – make sure you are prepared with a good space around you, with mats and pads if you have them and some water (you’ll need it!).
